The innovative design encapsulates the values and vision that drive the company’s unique approach to recruitment and talent management.

The newly minted logo is the product of a collaborative effort between Beth’s internal team and Elle Marketing, a leading branding design agency. The process involved several rounds of design drafts, each refining the logo to ensure it aligns with the company’s ethos. The final logo is a dynamic and powerful visual, evoking a sense of action and forward momentum that aligns with the company’s mission to be a bridge to changing the way HR is done. With a basis in Norse iconography of the bifrost, a bridge between people, the logo is also a reflection of Beth’s personality.
In addition to the logo, a comprehensive brand style has been developed, including a distinct color scheme and font selection that further enhances the brand’s identity. The colors and fonts were carefully chosen to represent the company’s commitment to authenticity, courage, and sacrifice. Finally, a new website was designed and launched to futher highlight the Higher Purpose HR services and Beth’s expertise.
