Higher Purpose Human Resources is a new consulting agency who’s purpose is to push for systemic change in the HR profession and support the important diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) work happening across the country.

The Challenge

When Beth Winstead kickstarted her company Higher Purpose Human Resources, she had a big dream – a website that would pack a punch and really show off what her company was all about. She was all set to shake up the way mission-driven organizations hire, helping them find the right fit quicker and keeping them around for longer.

Building a website to shout out these values and goals on a start up budget wasn’t easy. But at Elle Marketing and Events, we were up to the task! The website needed to be stand-out and have some serious kick, capturing the company’s vibe in a way that would connect instantly with the people visiting it. The website, being the digital hangout spot for the company, had to reflect all the boldness, realness, and top-notch quality and innovation Beth had in mind when she started her venture.
