I am a PNW native, mom of two wild boys, and a sports enthusiast. I have over 13 years of experience in dynamic, high-stakes environments, with a strong background in social media, public relations, and sports marketing in the health and wellness space. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with WNBA and Grand Slam champions, Olympic and X-Games medalists, and multiple Team USA national governing bodies, including USA Swimming, USA Wrestling, and US Ski & Snowboard. These experiences have allowed me to learn how to meet the marketing needs of different audiences while maintaining a brand’s story.
