About Heather

Heather is an award-winning content creator and lover of delicious food and drink. She’s willing to eat almost anything but her favorite foods always come from the sea. As a professional restaurant critic and food and travel writer, she’s constantly searching out hidden gems and hot spots in Utah and around the world and her work has been published in print and digital publications throughout the United States. In 2023 she was honored to complete her first year as a member of the James Beard Awards voting body. Heather brings a broad range of professional experience in the communications field to the table including strategy, writing, editing, branding, social media, marketing, public relations and development. She lives in Salt Lake City with her husband and 2 Great Danes.
