Client Account Coordinator
Location: Greater Salt Lake City Area / Hybrid

Schedule: Must be available M-F during MST Working Hours. Primary client meetings take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Occasional nights or weekends if event support is needed.

We’re looking for a Client Account Coordinator (CAC) to support client relationships, coordinate project deliverables, and ensure our marketing efforts run smoothly and on time. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and communicative who enjoys juggling multiple projects and thrives in a creative environment.
What You’ll Do
Client Coordination
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, supporting communication and deliverables. Send monthly emails to each of the clients asking for their feedback & needs.
- Assist in client onboarding: organize proposal details, send briefing documents, and welcome emails
- Track project timelines and coordinate with Project Coordinator (PC) to keep everything on schedule
- Schedule and support client meetings, monthly check-ins, and regular status updates
- Collaborate with PC to ensure blogs, emails, social media, and ads are delivered accurately and on time
- Route content, creative, and approvals between internal teams and clients
- Support the delivery of monthly reports and campaign updates—including Loom video walkthroughs
- Help organize wrap-up meetings and post-launch reports to assess success and gather feedback
- Assist with quarterly client appreciation touchpoints (notes, cards, or small gifts)
- Coordinate testimonial requests and feedback collection
- Support a thoughtful and organized client offboarding experience
Light Business Development Support
- Help process new client leads and intake forms
- Identify opportunities for upselling within current client accounts and flag for the team
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas and identify client growth opportunities
- Keep an eye on client industry trends to support strategic recommendations
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, account coordination, or client service (agency experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines across projects and teams
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and processes (bonus if you’ve worked in platforms like Google Drive, Canva, Loom, GA, GMB, and Teamwork)
- A proactive, team-first mindset and willingness to grow within the role

- Experience in the hospitality, culinary, or events industries
- A knack for creating a thoughtful client experience through clear communication and small touches
- A love for marketing strategy and creative problem-solving
