Meet our fearless leader, Lydia Martinez.
From tree climbing lessons to business leadership.
As our founder, Lydia has adored watching our team and enterprise grow. Before launching Elle Marketing and Events, Lydia gained years of experience in strategy and results-driven marketing, contributing her talents to companies like Whole Foods Market and Barnes & Noble. She’s always nurtured a deep passion for storytelling, and this passion, combined with the talent of our team, is what fuels the company we are today.
When Lydia’s not overseeing various Elle Marketing affairs, you might find her working on an article for Salt Lake Magazine, or testing a recipe for her Suitcase Foodist blog. Lydia is also the owner of the Restaurant Owners Marketing Academy.
