Habitat for Humanity’s Overall Ball Gala Returns June 27 to Celebrate 30 Years of Community Impact in Summit and Wasatch Counties

Park City, UT – Get your overalls and fancy hats ready! Habitat for Humanity of Summit and Wasatch Counties proudly announces the return of its signature fundraising event—the 2025 Overall Ball & Hats Off to Community Housing Gala, happening on Friday, June 27, 2025, at the Grand Summit Hotel at Canyons Village.

This year’s celebration marks an exciting milestone: 30 years of building homes and hope in Summit and Wasatch Counties. The annual gala is presented by Park City Mountain and Vail Resorts EpicPromise, in partnership with the Park City Board of REALTORS®’ Hats Off to Community Housing initiative.

Guests are invited to enjoy:

  • A lively cocktail reception
  • A sit-down dinner
  • Silent and live auctions featuring items like golf experiences, adventure packages, and spa treatments
  • And a chance to support local affordable housing programs in a truly unforgettable way

All proceeds go directly toward Habitat’s efforts to build and preserve safe, affordable housing for working families in the Wasatch Back.

Salt Lake City, UT — The Salt Lake City Arts Council, in collaboration with Of Salt and Sand, is proud to announce “Stay Salty: Lakefacing Stories,” a groundbreaking art installation set to run through February 28, 2025. “Stay Salty: Lakefacing Stories” is a free, multisensory installation that invites the community to engage in an experience that evokes both reflection and action on the unique challenges surrounding the Great Salt Lake. This installation is part of Wake the Great Salt Lake, a temporary public art project that aims to educate and inspire residents and visitors to understand and prevent the further decline of the Great Salt Lake. The project is a partnership of the Salt Lake City Arts Council, the Salt Lake City Mayor’s Office, and Bloomberg Philanthropies’ Public Art Challenge, with support from the John and Marcia Price Family Foundation.
