About Cache Toffee Collection
Cache Toffee began in Lori Darr’s kitchen, where she started whipping up her mother’s classic toffee recipe. As she played around with different flavors and textures, she discovered exciting new combinations. To share her delicious creations, she started giving away batches of toffee to her loved ones. Once she realized how much they adored it, she took things up a notch. Lori found herself a commercial kitchen and officially launched her toffee business, ready to conquer markets across the country.
Back in February 2019, Lori Darr met Lydia Martinez. They got in touch and started talking about Lori’s expectations and opportunites at that time with the new Cache Toffee Collection.
The Challenge
After selling their one-of-a-kind toffee for a couple of years, Cache Toffee encountered some challenges. They realized the need to boost awareness about their product and company. Surprisingly, they had zero presence on social media, which was crucial for showcasing appealing and enticing food content. Additionally, Cache Toffee’s images weren’t up to par and needed improvement.
Furthermore, they aimed to expand their online ordering system and reach more locations where their delectable toffee could be found.
Our Strategy
Once we identified Cache Toffee’s needs, it was time to devise a social media strategy that would effectively convey the unique stories behind their toffee, setting them apart from other companies in the market. Our focus was on showcasing the hand-crafted nature of Cache Toffee, their use of premium ingredients, and positioning it as a luxurious toffee product. Additionally, we wanted to highlight the rich traditions behind Cache Toffee, as Lori follows in her mother’s footsteps, infusing her love for family into every batch.
To achieve these goals, we implemented the following strategies:
