Say goodbye to summer with a celebration this Labor Day at Willie’s Lounge, filled with tasty bites, refreshing drinks, and great company. On Monday, Sept. 1, at 6:30 p.m., the popular Salt Lake City dive bar will host an End-of-Summer Labor Day Industry Night, an evening designed to thank industry professionals and bring the community together. It will feature a culinary pop-up with food provided by chefs @thankyoufortheshortnotice and @sunburstfog.

Make sure to come hungry—this menu is packed with smash burgers, fresh oysters, Cuban cuisine, and savory empanadas. The event will flow right into the bar’s regular Bingo Night at 7:30 p.m., bringing together food lovers, industry professionals, and the local community for an evening of fun and flavor.

“Hosting chefs @thankyoufortheshortnotice and @sunburstfog at Willie’s Lounge is exciting for us because it brings something fresh and creative to our space,” said co-owner Michelle Mannos. “Willie’s has always been about community, and this pop-up is a way to celebrate that. Giving people a chance to come together, enjoy incredible food, and connect with one another. Doing it as an End-of-Summer Industry Party on Labor Day makes it even more meaningful, because it’s our way of saying thank you to the people who make this industry feel like family.”

“We’re especially excited to have @thankyoufortheshortnotice and @sunburstfog cooking at Willie’s Lounge. It’s a treat for us and our guests to enjoy their delicious food in our space,” added co-owner Patrick Mannos.
